Hope everyone had a great 4th! We sure did...and we were busy!! We started off the weekend Thursday night. Mike and I went to an Omaha Royals game with a few friends at Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha. It was so nice out- perfect for a baseball game!

Friday we spent the day at Mike's parent's house. All week we were looking forward to spending time outside in the pool all day but it was rainy/cloudy all day! We ended up watching a movie and playing some rock band instead. Colton was a fan of the drum sticks.... Aunt Julie look out- he may be a future drummer :) 
Saturday we headed to Indianola to my Aunt Marla's house for a 4th of July party. Again the weather was yucky- cloudy and cool all day- definitely not 4th of July weather!! We were able to hang outside all day though and had a great time with everyone. Colton loved watching everyone and playing (more like attacking) with the balloons. 
They always have a ton of fireworks there. I wasn't too sure how Colton would react since he is pretty jumpy- but he sat on Uncle Josh's lap the entire time and couldn't take his eyes off of them!

Sunday we headed back to Portsmouth and went to Mike's baseball game, then had people over to grill out. By 10:00 last night- we all were ready for bed!! It was a great weekend and we had a ton of fun getting to see everyone!! :)
