Christmas 2010

We had a GREAT Christmas this year!! Colton was spoiled with lots of new toys, books and games. We got to see most of our families and had TONS of yummy food! Also....Mike and I got engaged! :) Haven't set a date yet with the crazy Christmas weekend but will get on that soon!!

Birthday weekend!

Colton turned 2 Friday and we celebrated all weekend long!!

 Woohooo a new basketball hoop!! We now have 2 hoops in our house- his new one that will grow with him and his old one that is getting a little too small.  I tried to move the smaller one out today but he caught me and wanted BOTH to stay so he can have his own "court."  I will have  to be a little more sneaky to get the smaller one out.... :)

Birthday cake....I  found an edible Thomas the Train cake topper online and it worked perfect for his cake. Super easy!!

 But once he got to eat his cake and ice cream he was all smiles!!

I think his birthday weekend was a success....and for the record,  2 year old birthday parties are exhausting--I think more for Mommy and Daddy than Colton!! :)

Snow!

Friday night we had lots of snow fall here.....so of course we had to get on our snow gear and go play in it this weekend! :)

 He looked like a little penguin walking outside in all his gear.....

 PUSH ME!! He loved sledding down our little hill.



Haircut

Check out Colton's haircut...

We went to a barber(for the 1st time) today and Colton did amazing!! It was by far the best he has ever sat for a haircut.

  In the past  Mike would just do it but with him being so busy in the fields he hasn't had time to do it lately and we needed it this week since Colton has his 2 year pictures this weekend. Crazy to say he is almost 2...WOW!!

 

What we did last night....

 Painting his pumpkin- he picked out the color....

and proceeded to paint almost the entire thing blue!!
